Underground utilities such as electricity, gas and other services are beneath nearly every surface. Stats plans that can be obtained from the utility asset owners often do not identify the position of services accurately enough for construction sites to proceed with works safely. SJS can provide highly detailed utility plans for clients using EML & GPR equipment. The possibility of encountering uncharted services is then greatly reduced and minimalizes the change of utility strikes on site. PAS128 utility surveys are completed in line with TSA guidelines, layouts and confidence levels. SJS can also undertake topographical surveys to accompany the required utility survey if required.
